The IT Support Technician is primarily responsible for helpdesk inquiries, maintaining business workstations, software, printers, desk/cell phones and general troubleshooting.   



  • Install and update operating systems and related corporate software. 
  • Diagnose errors in Windows, Microsoft Office, and other company applications. 
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot all necessary technology-related devices including video, sound, modem, printer, scanner, camera, cell/desk phones etc. 
  • Troubleshoot virus/spyware/malware issues. 
  • Assist end users both on site and remotely using TeamViewer.  
  • Perform other duties and functions as assigned.   



  • Ability to lift and or maneuver up to 35 pounds 
  • Ability to interface with technology, operate a computer, and provide company network support  
  • Ability to communicate verbally and electronically via email with all levels of Sabey employees 
  • Ability to think critically and troubleshot a variety of issues 



  • 6 months or more of hands-on experience in an office setting 
  • A+ certification or equivalent work history 



  • Advanced knowledge of the English Language – ability to demonstrate verbal and oral comprehension and expression 
  • Ability to research, work through, and troubleshoot complex problems including but not limited to operating system, virus, and network/internet connection issues 
  • Experience using Windows 7,8, and 10 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced high stress environment  
  • Ability to adjust to flexible hours, weekend and offsite work as needed 
  • Basic command line knowledge 
  • Ability to maintain strong focus on quality, accuracy, and attention to detail 
  • Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills 
  • Experience with software installations, upgrades, and configurations. 
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities – must be able to come up with solutions for common technical problems  
  • Must be familiar with the use of OS imaging process
