Over the past 30 years, we have cultivated a dynamic blend of residential, retail, office, and community assets, and now proudly own and manage the majority of the property within the village. As we embark on an exciting phase of master planning and entitling property for significant growth over the next 10-15 years, we are seeking a detail-oriented and flexible individual to join our team as a Development Project Manager.

About the role:
As the Senior Property Manager, you will provide leadership for the day-to-day operations, financial performance, and long-term success of a diverse mixed-use portfolio that includes retail, office, and residential properties. You'll partner closely with ownership while leading property operations, cultivating strong tenant relationships, managing capital improvement initiatives, and identifying opportunities to maximize asset value.

What you will be doing:
Property Operations
- Lead the day-to-day operations of a mixed-use commercial property, ensuring exceptional standards for maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and overall tenant experience.
- Establish and enhance operational policies and procedures that support efficiency and service excellence.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and building codes.
- Oversee vendor relationships, negotiate service contracts, and manage capital improvement projects from planning through completion.
Financial Management
- Develop and manage annual operating budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor operating performance, analyze variances, and implement cost-control initiatives.
- Oversee rent collection, accounts receivable and payable, and financial reporting.
- Identify opportunities to enhance revenue, improve operational efficiencies, and maximize long-term asset value.
Tenant Relations & Leasing Support
- Build strong relationships with retail, office, and residential tenants while delivering a high level of customer service.
- Address tenant requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Partner with leasing teams to support tenant retention efforts and new leasing initiatives.
- Coordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs, and tenant improvement projects.
Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop property management staff, engineers, and support personnel.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
- Coordinate the work of security, maintenance, and third-party service providers to ensure seamless property operations.
Strategic Asset Management
- Partner with ownership and asset management leadership to execute business plans and operational strategies.
- Provide recommendations on property positioning, operational improvements, and market opportunities.
- Support capital planning initiatives and long-term asset management strategies.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with all legal, environmental, and safety regulations.
- Lead emergency preparedness and risk management efforts.
- Maintain accurate property documentation and operational records.
Experience You Will Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
- Seven (7) or more years of commercial property management experience, with mixed-use experience strongly preferred.
- Experience managing large, complex commercial assets or portfolios.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing operating budgets and financial reporting.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Experience utilizing property management software and reporting systems.
- Ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Property Manager (CPM), Real Property Administrator (RPA), or similar professional designation.
- Experience managing mixed-use developments integrating retail, office, and residential components.
- Knowledge of local commercial real estate market conditions and leasing practices.
