In this role, you’ll:
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems
• Monitor facility conditions and respond to alarms and equipment issues
• Support troubleshooting and assist in resolving equipment problems
• Work alongside vendors and contractors during maintenance and repairs
• Help maintain a safe, reliable, and high-performing facility

About this role
This position will be responsible for "hands-on" day-to-day facility maintenance, repairs, and operations within the company’s portfolio. This position plays a role in maintaining data center infrastructure, ensuring high availability, and support to the operations team. The company’s data centers incorporate a variety of topologies and brands of electrical, mechanical, and environmental control systems, supporting our varied tenants’ needs.
You will be working in an environment with an emphasis on preventive maintenance, real-time monitoring, and rapid response to incidents—supporting critical infrastructure that demands reliability and precision.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $62,685 - $94,027, dependent on experience.
