Description: What you'll be doing

Another Source’s client, Sabey Data Centers, is recruiting a Project Administrator to join their team on-site in Tukwila, WA

About the role: 

As a Project Administrator, you’ll provide critical administrative support to the project team, working closely with professionals across Sabey’s nationwide network. This role is based on-site at the construction job site and requires a background in construction administration. You’ll act as the key liaison between teams in Seattle, NYC, Texas, Virginia, and other project locations, ensuring seamless communication and project success. 

 

The anticipated yearly salary range for this position is $70,000- 90,000 annually based on experience 

 

What you will be doing:  

  

  • Preparing, distributing and managing contract documents including the following:   
  • Subcontracts & Change Orders  
  • Material Supply Agreements  
  • Professional Service Agreements  
  • Purchase Orders  
  • Insurance Certificates  
  • Close-Out Documents  
  • Reviewing and processing monthly Subcontractor Progress Billings including verification of all compliance requirements. Working closely with Construction A/P during month-end closing cycle.  
  • Attending Construction Meetings, taking minutes and distributing as directed.  
  • Processing Timecards in ADP- Weekly/Salary  
  • Responsible for various tracking logs/reports – rental equipment, security access badges, credit card reconciliations, labor hours, expense reports, etc.  
  • Scheduling and organizing complex activities such as meetings, travel, onsite events, conferences, and department activities.   
  • Maintaining online filing system.   
  • Maintaining jobsite office trailer, including ordering office supplies and equipment.  
  • Collaborating and communicating with a wide range of professionals both internal and external to the organization to ensure success of each project.     

 

Essential Functions: 

  • Ability to remain calm and professional when faced with tight deadlines.    
  • Ability to work independently with minimal instruction  
  • Ability to interface with technology and operate a computer  
  • Ability to interact with all levels of Sabey employees and construction partners – must be able to build and maintain strong professional relationships  

 

Minimum Qualifications:  

  • 2+ years of related experience in commercial construction administrative support.   
  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Proficiency with Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Edge.   Experience in Yardi, Procore, and ADP preferred.  
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Strong decision making, problem solving and creative thinking skills   
  • Must be detail oriented with the ability to maintain a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.  
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.   
  • Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning.
