Are you known for your ability to “see talent where others don’t”? As a Recruiter with Another Source, you’ll bring executive presence, relationship acumen, and a strategic mindset to every search. You’ll partner with hiring leaders to identify and engage top performers, building trust, uncovering hidden talent, and shaping hiring strategies that drive impact. 
 
This is a remote role supporting clients nationwide, collaborating closely with a dynamic team. Residency required in one of the following states: Washington, Oregon, California, Colorado, Florida, North Carolina, New Jersey, or Ohio.

About the Role 

As a Recruiter, you’ll operate as a trusted advisor, balancing strategy, relationship management, and sourcing excellence. You’ll engage with executives and hiring teams primarily in higher education, data centers, and non-profits aligning talent strategies with organizational goals.  Job families supported include Student Affairs, Facilities, Advancement, Administration, Finance, Auxiliaries, and IT.  
 
You’ll draw on your network, creativity, and intuition to uncover exceptional candidates - those not actively looking but ready for the right opportunity. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Build influential partnerships with clients, understanding their strategic priorities, and organizational culture. 

• Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies to surface exceptional talent. 

• Lead with executive presence in client and candidate interactions - advising, influencing, and building trust at every level. 

• Conduct thoughtful candidate assessments and present insights that shape confident hiring decisions. 

• Manage 10–12 searches per month in collaboration with a supportive partner/pod structure.

What We’re Looking For 

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in higher education, or data centers. 

• Proven success in building executive-level relationships and guiding clients through complex recruitments. 

• A demonstrated ability to discover, attract, and engage hidden talent across technical and leadership roles. 

• Exceptional communication skills - clear, confident, and empathetic. 

• A collaborative approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. 

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
