Another Source’s client, Sabey Corporation is recruiting an IT Support Specialist to join their team in Tukwila, Washington

Dive into the core of our IT operations as an IT Support Specialist, where you'll tackle helpdesk inquiries, manage our tech infrastructure, and lead special projects. What you will be doing 

  • Manage, support, and deploy Windows operating systems.  
  • Support and troubleshoot various on-premise and cloud applications.  
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot various technologies including but not limited to A/V equipment, multifunction printers, mobile phones, VoIP phones, etc.   
  • Provide onsite and remote assistance to colleagues.  
  • Ability to manage and coordinate with third-party contractors.  
  • Assist in the creation of documentation such as policies, procedures, KB articles, and how-to guides.  
  • Ability to manage projects with various stakeholders.  
  • Understand how to use generative AI.

  • Other duties as assigned  


  • 3+ years of experience in an office environment  
  • A+ certification or equivalent work experience required.  
  • Any of the following Certs Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, MCP, MCSE, etc. a plus   

Minimum Competencies: 

  • Experience with Windows 10 and 11  
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.  
  • Advanced knowledge of the English language – excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with all levels of Sabey employees and business partners.  
  • Self-starter who can prioritize tasks but also thrives in a team environment.  
  • Effective time management skills – able to balance multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.  
  • Must be detail oriented with the ability to maintain a strong focus on attention to detail.  
  • Must be committed to continuous learning and growing within the organization

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $60,292- $87,424.
