Sabey Construction, Inc. (SCI) brings decades of construction experience to each project. Because we frequently build for own account, SCI maintains a full complement of in-house services that extends far beyond those normally available through general contractors.

Sabey Data Centers, a premier national data center services provider, today announced a 70-megawatt (MW) expansion of its data center campus in Quincy, Washington. A commitment from a major service provider anchors the project, with additional hyperscale and enterprise data center inventory also included. Construction is underway and the initial phase of the expansion is expected to be ready for commissioning in the second half of 2022.

The importance this role has in our organization:    
This position is based in Quincy, WA and provides administrative support to the Project Team for activities associated with Sabey’s Quincy and Wenatchee construction projects.  A successful candidate needs to have a background in construction administration and enjoy the challenge of acting as liaison between Seattle, Quincy, and the other construction sites. 


What you will be doing: 

  • Prepare contract documents including the following. 
  • Review and process monthly Subcontractor Progress Billings including verification of all compliance requirements  
  • Attend construction meetings, take minutes and distribute as directed. 
  • Process Timecards in ADP - Weekly/Salary 
  • Responsible for various tracking logs 
  • Schedule and organize complex activities such as meetings, travel, conferences, and department activities.  
  • Prepare, track, and distribute all mail and packages.    
  • Maintain filing system and order office supplies. 
  • Collaborate and communicate with a wide range of professionals both internal and external to the organization to ensure success of each project.    


Experience you will bring to the team: 

  • 2 plus years of experience in administrative support.  
  • Accounting background preferred.   
  • Proficiency with Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.  Experience in Yardi, ADP, and Procore.   
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong decision making, problem solving and creative thinking skills a must. 
  • Must be detail oriented with the ability to maintain a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when faced with tight deadlines.   
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.  
  • Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning. 


Expected Salary Range: 

$65,000 - $70,000
