Another Source’s client, Sabey Corporation is recruiting a Legal Administrative Assistant to join their team in Tukwila, Washington. This is a full-time, direct-hire and on-site role.

The importance this role has in our organization:   

The Legal Administrative Assistant is primarily responsible for providing general administrative support to the legal department.  


Your contribution will likely be 

  • Provide general administrative support, including calendaring meetings, drafting communications, coordinating travel, occasionally covering the reception desk, and other administrative tasks.  
  • Provide transactional support to in-house counsel and the Risk Manager, including routing internal signatures, comparing documents, managing internal approvals, filing and distribution of signed agreements.  
  • Draft and send formal correspondence to customers and other parties.   
  • Provide backup support for Corporate Paralegal as needed.    
  • Support Corporate Paralegal with management of corporate entity formation, maintenance, and other corporate governance items and business license compliance matters.  
  • Support with legal invoicing process.   
  • Send nondisclosure agreements and support with management of the NDA database.   
  • Support Risk Manager with certificate of insurance tracking and compliance.  
  • Provide general administrative support to certain executives on an as-needed basis.    
  • Other projects and duties as assigned. 


Experience you will bring to the team: 

  • Experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  
  • Ability to successfully balance multiple priorities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.  
  • Capacity and readiness to work both independently and with a team to meet deadlines and drive tasks to completion.  
  • Desire to develop and grow in a continually evolving work environment and be comfortable navigating through new, complex situations.  
  • Proactive and possess a willingness to continually improve processes.  
  • Strong commitment to providing outstanding service to a diverse group of internal teams and the Company’s valued customers. 



  • 1+ years of relevant experience, either with an in-house legal department, a law firm or a related administrative setting.  
  • High School diploma or equivalent

The salary range for this role is: $45,042 - $55,177 - $65,311
