Another Source’s client, Sabey Data Centers, is recruiting a Carrier Relations Manager to join their team in either Tukwila/Seattle WA, Austin TX, Ashburn VA or New York NY.

The Carrier Relations Manager is a key member of the Sabey Data Center Sales & Leasing Team, focused on driving revenue through managing and expanding Sabey’s growing ecosystem of network carriers and SDN providers.  


Your contribution will likely be:  

  • Manage overall carrier strategy across Sabey’s nationwide data center portfolio 
  • Identify sales opportunities for Sabey with and from its carrier partners by:  
  • Regularly engaging with the carriers’ sales teams and other sales influencers 
  • Managing ongoing mutual referral programs with the carriers and SDNs 
  • Strategic business development support for carriers to expand into current Sabey Data Centers’ campuses and new expansion locations 
  • Work to support and process any new sales orders requested from carrier customers 
  • Work with Sabey’s Legal, Accounting, and Operations teams to ensure the carriers’ agreements, billing, and deployed services are accurate 
  • Attend carrier related trade shows  
  • Carrier SME for the organization 
  • Salesforce admin/tracking work for all current carrier accounts 


Your contribution will likely be:  

  • Telecom and Networking technology expertise (e.g. carrier/networking strategy, topology, and connectivity). 
  • Must demonstrate both a passion for technology and real estate, and a strong aptitude for business strategy. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work cross- functionally with other internal teams, customers, partners, and stakeholders. 
  • Strong organizational, project management and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, self-directed, entrepreneurial environment. 
  • Detail oriented with strong decision making, problem solving and creative thinking skills a must. 
  • Background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related technical field desirable. 
  • Experience with telecommunications outside sales or technical sales and/or operations desired. 
  • Successful track record of developing and maintaining customer relationships. 
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain rapport with customers. 



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. 
  • 5+ years of Telecom experience required. 
  • Highly proficient computer skills including Salesforce & Microsoft Office suite.
